I have read the Rules and Regulations and the Terms and Conditions of Entry and Participation available at greatruahamarathon.co.tz and agree to participate in the Great Ruaha Marathon (GRUMA).
I understand the risks associated with participating in a marathon event, including but not limited to dehydration, physical exhaustion, and running on roads that may have vehicle traffic.
I confirm that I am physically fit and capable of participating and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical practitioner.
I, for myself and my legal representatives, waive all claims of whatsoever nature against the Great Ruaha Marathon organizers, SYDP, event sponsors, government authorities, contractors, event partners, volunteers, and all other persons associated with the event for any claims arising from my participation, whether due to illness, injury, death, or any other cause.
If I am injured or suffer harm during the event, I authorize the organizers to arrange emergency medical treatment. I agree to reimburse any medical expenses incurred on my behalf.
I consent to the use of my personal data including contact information, photographs, videos, and recordings for event promotion, publicity, marketing, media coverage, race results publication, and archival purposes.
This declaration applies to all members of a group on whose behalf I am registering. If I am responsible for participants under the age of 18, I confirm they will be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
I hereby declare that all information provided in the registration form is true and correct.
By electronically submitting the registration form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions and the waiver policy for participation in the Great Ruaha Marathon (GRUMA).
